The service categories explained
Clinical Supports
Clinical Supports focus on maintaining and improving your physical, cognitive, and overall health through professional care. Delivered or supervised by qualified health professionals, these services include skilled nursing, care management, and allied health support such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, and psychology. They also cover assistance with medication management and nutritional guidance, ensuring your clinical needs are safely and effectively met to promote wellbeing and independence.
Independence Supports
Independence Supports are designed to help you manage everyday tasks and stay active and engaged in your community. These services include personal care such as assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication, as well as social support to participate in community and cultural activities. They also provide respite care for carers, transport assistance for appointments or outings, and access to assistive technology and home modifications to enhance safety, mobility, and self-sufficiency.
Everyday Living Supports
Everyday Living Supports help you maintain a comfortable, safe, and well-functioning home environment. They include domestic assistance with cleaning, laundry, and shopping, as well as home maintenance services like gardening and minor repairs. Meal preparation or delivery is also available to ensure you have access to healthy, nutritious food that supports your daily living needs.
